excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you
may need to return your charger. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• The charger must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or exchange the product at
  no cost to the customer under warranty claim.

Our Warranty Claim Process

We offer 2 years warranty on our EV Chargers to ensure that our customers are satisfied with
their purchase. If you experience any issues with your charger, please follow the warranty claim
process outlined below:

• Contact our customer service team via email to initiate a warranty claim.
• Provide your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue with your charger.
• Our customer service team will troubleshoot the issue by providing possible solutions to resolve.
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the charger.
• Ship the charger to the address provided with the RMA number and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
• We will ship you another unit to your address to avoid any further delays

Please note that our warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not
cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation. Our warranty is subject to
change without prior notice.
